OLYMPUS
Under the banner of Asmongold, the One True King, guilds fill the Alliance side of Azeroth. Counted from the inside by the Olympus addon: 75,296 soldiers across the PvP and PvE realms in 106 guilds.
The One True King
Every realm needs a sovereign. This one answers to a name the whole of WoW knows.
Asmongold
Known to the realm as Zack Hoyt — streamer, co-founder of One True King (OTK) and the face of Olympus, which by his own account is one of the largest groups in WoW Forever.

How many, really?
Five numbers, five different questions. Each one says what it measures — and what it cannot.
The Olympus addon census, Alliance: PvP realms 70,971 (reported Oct 10, 08:38 UTC) + PvE realm 4,325 (reported Oct 10, 00:23 UTC). Each realm group is a separate census; a guild counts at its reported size (at most 1,000). Characters, not players.
OLYMPUS share of the characters WoWCensus surveyed, applied to all Alliance characters ClassicPlus.io has recorded (PvP and PvE separately). Still a floor: the scans miss offline characters.
“Olympus now has 30+ full guilds with over 30,000 members.” — Asmongold, September 24, 2026. Sportskeeda
106 guilds × 1,000 members: every banner full. A ceiling, not a count — a guild holds at most 1,000 members.
Characters WoWCensus caught in its scans, in 64 guilds. The smallest number, and the one the others are measured against.
Nobody outside Blizzard can see how many accounts stand behind the characters, so this is arithmetic on the 75,296 characters (counted in-game), not a measurement:
| Characters per player | Players | Alts |
|---|---|---|
| 1.0 (no alts) | 75,000 | 0 |
| 1.5 | 50,000 | 25,000 |
| 2.0 | 38,000 | 38,000 |
| 3.0 | 25,000 | 50,000 |
From the guild rosters: 17,955 of the counted soldiers (24%) have not logged in for 7 days or more.
The reports also count 587 installs of the Olympus addon.
Characters seen per guild family in WoWCensus' public guild lists — a floor; the in-game census above sees far more.
Counted from the inside
The Olympus Guild addon lets the game count the guilds itself: one elected reporter per guild shares its size, online count, class mix and level spread, and every client adds them up. The totals below are what that census showed.
Total: 75,296 soldiers in 106 guilds. A guild's size counts for 24 hours after its last report. PvP and PvE are separate censuses and no guild is in both, so they add up; Alliance and Horde are kept apart and the headline is the Alliance side, where Olympus plays.
Counts the 1,375 online members whose class the reporters could read.
Hall of Heroes
The highest levels reported for each class. Every guild reports its five highest-level members, so a class only shows here when it is among its guild's best.
Names come from the guild reports shared over the Olympus census channel. Want yours removed or changed? Write to info@wowap.app and it is gone from the next update.
The court of OLYMPUS
Every OLYMPUS banner we know of, largest first. A banner the in-game census has heard from shows the size it reports itself; a banner only the public scans caught is marked ≥ and shows the characters seen there — always a floor.
Counted: guilds whose name starts with OLYMPUS on the Alliance side. 4 namesake guilds (Horde-side or only containing the word) are not counted. Sizes without a ≥ are what the guild reported to the in-game census; the rest are characters seen in public scans, a floor. Guilds below 17 observed characters are not shown by the source lists, so the true number of banners is higher — the in-game census needs at least 76 of them.
Characters, not players
Every figure here counts characters. How many accounts, players or alts stand behind them is invisible to every census — only Blizzard knows. The table above is arithmetic, not a measurement.
Reports, not a headcount
The in-game figure adds up what the guilds report while someone with the addon is online; the public census sites only catch characters that were scanned. Either way the real court is at least this large.
Named, not verified
Guilds are matched by name. We cannot see who leads a guild, so "OLYMPUS" means "carries the OLYMPUS name" — which is how these guilds present themselves in-game.
